Questions
What do I need to run a booth?
A laptop, tablet or touchscreen PC with a camera and Chrome. Add a photo printer if you want prints. For a DSLR and printing with no print window, install the free Booth Agent on a Windows PC or Mac.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Open the booth once with internet, and it keeps working without it, even after a restart. Photos wait on the booth and upload by themselves when the connection is back. Prints come out at the booth with the Booth Agent.
Which cameras and printers work?
Any webcam or tablet camera, and Canon DSLR and mirrorless cameras through the Booth Agent. Any printer your computer can print to, from home inkjets on A4 to DNP and other dye-sub printers that cut 4×6 prints and 2×6 strips.
How do guests get their photos?
Each guest scans a QR code at the end of their session. It opens a page with their photos and print to save, with no app and no sign-up. You also get a gallery of the whole event to download or share.
How long are photos kept?
7 days on every plan, which is plenty of time to download everything. Add storage to keep galleries longer, or connect Google Drive or Dropbox and every photo is copied there as it's taken. Our privacy policy has the details.
How do I pay? Is there a subscription to cancel?
You pay by scanning a QR Ph code with GCash, Maya or your bank's app. Nothing is charged automatically: when your month, year or Week pass ends, you simply pay again if you need more time. Your designs and events stay in your account.
Can several people run booths on one account?
Yes. Invite your team with their own Google sign-in and choose what each person can do. The Monthly and Yearly plans cover any number of booths running at the same time.
